The purpose of the event is to stimulate and promote the local economic and employment needs of both employers and job seekers in Windsor-Essex region. Business owners will have the chance to screen candidates for existing or future job openings as well as gain exposure. Job seekers will have the opportunity to meet employers and gather company and career information.
Funded by Employment Ontario, this single day event is a collaborative effort between New Canadians’ Centre of Excellence Inc. and community partners and offers free admission and childcare during the event.
The Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development - Employment Ontario (EO) is a customer focused, integrated service delivery network committed to delivering high-quality employment programs and services across Ontario. Employment Ontario is an employment and training service that helps people find jobs in Ontario and get the training they need to be successful.
How to Become an Exhibitor
All businesses and organizations interested in participating in our JOB DAY are welcome and encouraged to fill out a Registration Form (Link is provided below). Once your registration is complete, we will contact you with more details and information as the date draws closer. By participating in our JOB DAY, your company will have access to large pools of qualified candidates, thus reducing your time, effort and recruitment costs; staying up-to-date with recruitment practices; meeting potential candidates in person and having the opportunity to connect with young graduates before the best candidates go out into the broader job market. You can also network with other businesses and be a part of this great community event.
